Colin Drew & Co. Designs was founded in 2009 by Colin Drew Broadus with the goal of providing High-End Design and Drafting services at low-end cost to the client. This was achieved through the application of the chief principles of Modernism (the architectural style Colin specialized in) and it's montra that often, "Less is more". This is most evident in many of his condominium and loft design projects as well as many of the restaurants, night life establishments and commercial projects such as Reach Hari Yoga Studio in NYC, Lyfe Sports Center's onsite cafe/lounge in Long Island, NY and India Cove Restaurant in Staten Island NY. Not only do we believe in treating every project with the same level of care and passion for our craft but we also believe that good design and careful attention to the aesthetics should not be reserved for those with vast financial resources.  It is our opinion that form and aesthetics do not have to be sacrificed in order to maintain a sensible budget as true architecture does not simply define spaces and create enclosures but it should also provide an experience to the occupants of the space created.  "Architecture is not a privilege for a chosen few but a right of the masses" ~ Colin Drew Broadus
