New Building Design 

We provide design services for both residential and commercial design solutions for our clients. The most important aspect of our design process is the assessment of our clients needs. Once we have established your needs we develop a program followed by schematic design where we establish a hierarchy of spaces, proportions and the layout begins to take shape. Once we have established a layout we then begin to conceptualize the form of the structure and facade. Beyond completion of this phase we begin to explore options for the finish materials and mechanical system of the building. 

Renovations

This services involves the same process of new building design while also developing a smooth transition and working relationship between the new construction and the existing elements that shall remain with an emphasis on not only the structural elements of the space but the aestetic properties as well in orer to create a working relationship between the old and the new. 

Drafting and 3D Rendering Services

Code/Zoning Consulting 

We provide drafting services to individual owners that need a plan set for their existing structure or simply would like preliminary plans for a design idea in order to get rough estimates from contractors.  We also provide draftting services to real estate agents, renters for the purpose of creating martketing layouts for properties available for both rent and sale. In addition to the previously mentioned services we also provide drafting and rendering services to Designers, Architects, Engineers and Builders who wish to outsource drafting work due to understaffing/work overflow issues. 

We offer building code and zoning research services to owners and other design building professionals.
